What Noeta is, how it treats your notes, and what to expect from the profiles it builds.
Noeta is an iOS app for understanding the people you care about. You jot down what happened with someone; Noeta files each note under the right person, builds an evidence-backed profile of them, and when a conversation has you stuck, gives you the concrete next move and an opening line.
You capture moments as they happen — type, talk, screenshot a chat, or import a voice memo. Noeta figures out who each note is about and files it, separating what happened from how you read it.
As notes accumulate, a profile takes shape: what drives the person, what they care about, how to talk to them, and what to avoid. Every line is traceable to something you wrote.
Your records, people, and profiles are stored locally on your device — Noeta does not keep your content on its servers or sync it to a cloud account. When you use AI features, the relevant content is sent for processing only to generate the result you asked for.
Because data lives on your device, standard iPhone backups (iCloud or computer) cover it. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Noeta is free to download. AI processing comes with a usage allowance; during the current phase you can extend it with invite or redeem codes inside the app.
Noeta is available for iPhone on the App Store, in English and Simplified Chinese. An Android version is in the works but not released yet.
A journal stores what you wrote; a personal CRM stores fields you fill in. Noeta does the organising and the reading for you: it files notes by person automatically, and instead of leaving you with raw entries, it produces an interpretation — motives, sensitivities, communication advice — each point anchored to your own records.
It is built for understanding people, not managing contacts.
No. Noeta refuses horoscope-style platitudes by design: every conclusion must be anchored to specific events you recorded, and profiles show what each claim is based on. If there isn't enough evidence, it says less rather than guessing.
Yes. You can paste or screenshot chats, and import recordings from Apple Voice Memos. Audio is transcribed on your device where the system supports it; if not, Noeta asks before uploading anything for transcription.
Bring it the situation. Noeta names what you're actually feeling, reads what the other person's words are really carrying based on your history with them, then suggests the concrete next move and a first line you could open with.
No need to organise it, or even understand it yet. Write it down — it'll help you see.
