Noeta is operated by 深圳市宇渡智能科技有限公司 (the "operator", "we", or "us"). By downloading or using Noeta ("the app"), you agree to these Terms.
- The service. A personal notebook that helps you record and make sense of your relationships, with AI-assisted insights, for personal, non-commercial use.
- Your account. Usable without an account. If you create one (Apple / phone), you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping it secure.
- Your content. You own your notes. Noeta stores them on your device, not in a Noeta content cloud. You grant us a limited license to transmit and process only the context needed when you invoke an AI feature. You must have the right to record what you record.
- Acceptable use. No unlawful use, infringement, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- AI content. AI outputs may be inaccurate; for reference only, not professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
- Subscriptions and payment. Subscription plans, benefits, billing periods, and availability are shown before purchase. iOS digital subscriptions are completed through Apple In-App Purchase and use the price shown by Apple; supported Android purchases may use WeChat Pay. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable platform. Benefits begin only after the platform confirms payment. Refunds and billing disputes follow applicable law and the payment platform's rules. A remotely displayed plan or payment page does not mean that payment is currently available.
- Changes to plans. We may change plans or prices for future billing periods. Where required, we or the payment platform will notify you and obtain consent. Already-paid benefits are not reduced during their paid period except where required by law, refund, chargeback, abuse, or platform reversal.
- Intellectual property. The app (excluding your content) is owned by us or our licensors.
- Disclaimers. Provided "as is", without warranties.
- Limitation of liability. No liability for indirect/incidental/consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Termination. You may stop anytime; we may suspend access for violations.
- Changes. We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date.
